These terms explain how talkcuts ("we", "us") works with you. They are written in plain words and are not legal advice.

1. What we do

From an episode you send us (a podcast, interview, coaching call or webinar), we pick the moments that work on their own and cut them into short vertical clips with captions.

2. Early access

The self-serve app is not open yet. Until it opens, you can send us one episode link and we make 3 clips from it for free and email them to you. There is no charge and no commitment.

3. Prices when the app opens

You pay per clip you download: Pack, $9 one-time for 10 clips; Starter, $12 a month for 20 clips; Pro, $29 a month for 60 clips; Business, $59 a month for 150 clips. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply where you are; if a tax applies, it is shown before you pay. The free trial lasts 15 days or 3 episodes, whichever comes first, and needs no card. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month you have paid for. We will add the payment and refund details here before we take any payment.

4. Your content

• You keep full ownership of your episode and of every clip made from it. The clips are yours to post anywhere.
• You give us permission to use your episode only to make your clips.
• You confirm you have the right to let us use the episode, including what your guests say and any music, images or logos in it.

5. Files and deletion

We delete episode files within 7 days after your clips are made. Our privacy policy has the details.

6. Things you can't send

Please don't send content you don't have the right to share, or content that is illegal or meant to harm someone. We can refuse any episode.

7. AI and accuracy

We use software, including AI, to transcribe, pick moments and write captions. It can make mistakes, such as a misspelled name. Please watch each clip before you post it.

8. No promise of views

We make your clips. We do not promise views, followers or any other results on any platform.

9. Limits

We do our work with care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If you have a paid plan, we tell you by email at least 14 days before a change applies to you.
